How does the whole procedure work?
On our website you may sell your old computer in a few simple steps. First you select the device you wish to sell through the device templates. Then, you fill in the form containing the device’s features and accompanying accessories as well as its external condition details and operational status.
Finally, after submitting all your device’s details you receive an instant automated offer directly from our system. If you accept our offer, the next step is to then carefully fill in the device’s serial number and the details of the owner of the device as well as your bank account details, so that a flip2store associate may come to your place to collect the device for the necessary inspection free of charge. Do not forget at this point to download the solemn statement of Law No. 105, stating you are the lawful owner of the device. It is deemed necessary to fill in the solemn statement as well as to receive authentication of the signature by the Public Authorities. Unfortunately, it is a legal requirement so please accept in advance our apologies for the inconvenience. Following this, within a few working days, you receive the money via bank deposit in your account, the number of which you have already provided.
Is it possible to negotiate the price of the offer?
In case you do not find the price satisfactory, there is a possibility to negotiate the price of the offer. If you press the “No, thank you” button, a pop-up window appears asking you if you wish to receive a better offer. Clicking on “Yes” will direct you to another part of the website, where you will be asked to enter the price which you find satisfactory. Is the offer amount guaranteed?
If the description of the device is accurate, you will receive the money of our offer in its entirety. In case the description of the device differs from reality, you will receive a counter-offer accompanied by the exact reason you received it. Should you reject our counter-offer, we send the device back to you, on our own expense.
What preparations must I do for you to receive my device from my address?
The only thing you need to do is keep backups of your data. Leave the rest, such as packaging, to us. Our staff member who will visit your address will package your device safely, so that it arrives safely at our facilities for inspection.
What happens in the case that my device does not meet the specifications set by you, for example its external appearance differs from the stated one?

Do you buy devices which do not function?
Yes, we buy such devices for spare parts. Please fill in accordingly the respective fields regarding the good operational status of the device or specify in the additional comments the issue of your device, if this is not mentioned elsewhere.
I have installed various software which I have purchased. What do you plan to do with this software?
This software does not constitute our property, but yours, subsequently it is of no use to us. It will all be deleted in the safest possible way, because we take your privacy very seriously.
What happens to my data?
You are advised to keep backups of your data, before sending off your device to be inspected. We will not in any way be held responsible for the loss of any data during the initial inspection of your device by our Technical Department. So that you don’t have to worry about your personal data and where they’ll end up, we shall delete with maximum safety all of your device’s data. Your data shall in no case be shared with anyone.

Product photos are real or indicative?
Each product, after testing, is photographed in a shooting studios, so the pictures you see in each post are real. We try to capture each flaw, if there is any! It happens that the descriptions of defects by us to be more exaggerated than it actually is. But in this way we want to describe each defect, like you see it live! Unfortunately because we are only an online e-shop and we want to keep prices low, there is the opportunity to visit our facilities to check the machine up close. Which are the available payment methods, when I wish to buy something from your website?
You may pay the amount in advance through a deposit at a bank account, via Paypal or via credit/debit card. Our website’s online payment system is equipped with the most up-to-date security measures offered by Alpha Bank. In the case the amount does not exceed 500 euros, you may also make a payment with cash-on-delivery. If the amount exceeds 500 euros, you must pay with a debit / credit card at the POS card acceptance terminal at the courier agency that serves you.
In how many days can I get my money?
We need 2-3 working days for your device to be inspected. We will try to transfer the money as soon as possible after the completion of the inspection. If it is an interbank transaction, please note that extra time is needed to complete the money transfer.
